ClearCommittee’s payment design keeps card information outside the application. A specialist payment provider will process annual licence payments on its hosted checkout.
Signed events
Payment updates are accepted only after the provider signature has been verified, with duplicate events ignored.
Restricted records
Club information is limited to signed-in accounts and database queries are scoped to the club owner.
Minimal billing data
Only operational references such as subscription status, amount and renewal date are required.

No online service can promise zero risk. ClearCommittee reduces exposure by not handling raw card details and by limiting the personal data it retains.
