CClearCommittee
Privacy information

Clear, careful data handling.

This pre-launch notice explains the intended data use in ClearCommittee. It must be completed with the operating company’s verified details and approved legal wording before live player data is accepted.

Current status: the public demonstration uses fictional player and payment information. The new privacy tools are designed to support UK GDPR processes; they are not a legal certification.

Information used

Club account details, team information, player registration details, guardian contact details, payment status, support records and security logs may be used to provide the service.

Purposes and roles

Information is used to operate club registration and payment reconciliation, provide support, administer licences and protect the service. The club will usually decide why player and member information is processed; ClearCommittee acts on its documented instructions for that data. ClearCommittee may act separately for account, licence, security and support administration.

Children’s information

Junior-club information requires higher protection. Only information necessary for the stated club purpose should be collected, access should be limited, and notices should be understandable to parents, guardians and young people.

Access, security and retention

Club workspaces require sign-in. Sensitive owner administration also requires a six-digit one-time code. Records should be kept only for an approved period, with secure deletion or anonymisation at the end.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, people may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. Signed-in clubs can record and track these requests in the Privacy Centre.
