Frequently asked questions
Does cancelling immediately remove access?
No. A cancellation request stops future renewal after review; existing paid access normally continues until the current annual period ends.
Are refunds automatic?
No. Refund requests are reviewed against the published refund policy. The assistant cannot issue or approve money movements.
Does ClearCommittee store card details?
No full card number or CVC is stored by ClearCommittee. The payment provider hosts the payment page.
What happens when a registration is missing?
Check the Integrations page and its last-sync status. If the source is connected and the record still does not appear, create an integration support case.
